By downloading and using HabitVex, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HabitVex for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Offline Application

HabitVex is a fully offline standalone application. All your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server. The core features of the app work without an internet connection. Network connection is only required for displaying advertisements.

Data Ownership

You fully own all habit data created in HabitVex. This data is stored locally on your device. You can backup your data at any time using the app's export feature, or delete all data by uninstalling the app. We cannot access, recover, or backup your local data.

Subscription and Payment

HabitVex offers a free version and a paid PRO version:

• Subscriptions are processed through app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to your app store's policies
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with advance notice
• PRO features are available during the subscription period and will revert to free version features after expiration

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to crack, modify, or bypass the app's paid features
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the application for commercial purposes or redistribute it

Disclaimer of Warranties

HabitVex is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. As the app runs offline, you are responsible for regularly backing up your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or loss of profits.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users through app update notes. Continued use of HabitVex after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may terminate your use of HabitVex at any time by uninstalling the application. If you violate these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to restrict your use of certain features in future versions.
